How Do I Order?
Browse Through the Gallery to Purchase Your Painting.
Once you have found your painting, CLICK the STORE button in the MENU to place your order. Payment may be made through the store. Payment must clear the Bank before shipping.
Shipping & Handling
Upon payment, DMG Art Studio will contacted you within 24 hours(usually less) via email or phone if you prefer. After the payment process your order is packed and shipped via USPS or Fed-Ex Ground within 24 hours Paintings are professionally packaged with bubble wrap and butchers paper or peanuts, where necessary. The paintings are then placed inside a box and marked with 'FRAGILE'.

Will you notify me when my order has been shipped? Yes, you will be notified directly by the shipper or me when your order is shipped. What are my payment options? DMG Art Studio accepts credit card s and paypal payments through her STORE.
Will multiple items be shipped together? Yes, they will be when possible. You will be notified of any additional shipping discounts that apply. If you have questions feel free to contact us.
How safe is the information I give you? DMG Art Studio uses Intuit and Paypal so that customers can checkout quickly and pay without revealing their credit card or bank account number. The shopping cart is a secure part of the store.
Will you make a custom painting for me? Yes, Debra accepts commissions for original paintings. You can email or snail mail her a picture of your favorite subject and contact information, she will then contact you and quote you a price. When you decide to go forward with the painting there is a required deposit of 50%. Once your painting is completed, Debra will email you a photo and invoice. After approval, you can pay the invoice and your new painting will ship within 24-48 hours. If you want a portrait, Debra requires payment in full before starting. Please allow 4-6 weeks for completion of any custom project. Note: Debra will be painting in the style that is seen on her website. You should expect your painting to be in this style.
Do you have discounts for multiple purchases or to galleries, interior designers and real estate agents?
Yes, please contact us with your information and your expected (one time or monthly) purchases for information on available discounts.
What Is The Return Policy?
We are 100% sure you will love your product, however if upon arrival there should be a problem with your product and you wish to return it contact us here within 7 days and we will arrange for the item to be returned and for you to receive a refund in the form of merchandise credit, exchange or cash refund.
